Gracie Abrams

Gracie Abrams will release Daughter from Hell on July 17th.

Today, GRAMMY®-nominated singer-songwriter Gracie Abrams announces her third studio album, Daughter from Hell, out July 17th via Interscope Records—pre-save/order HERE. The album was written and produced by Gracie alongside two-time GRAMMY®- winning collaborator Aaron Dessner.

On his ongoing producing relationship with Abrams, Dessner says “I can't believe it's been 6 years since Gracie and I started making songs together. I'm deeply grateful for every song we have made and the way we have kept challenging ourselves and growing together, sometimes hitting the wall, and then pushing and breaking through.”

He continues, “It has been such a journey since we began working on Daughter from Helltwo years ago. We started on the same day that we recorded “That's So True” and “I Told You Things” at Electric Lady in New York. Since then we have searched and searched for songs in Long Pond, in London and back at Electric Lady.

Gracie officially announced the lead single “Hit the Wall” earlier this month after teasing it on socials - see the announcement here. The single will officially be released this Thursday at 5 PM PST/ 8 PM EST - pre-order HERE. While speaking with Vogue at the 2026 MET Gala last week, Abrams shared of the new single, “It's the introduction to this new chapter, and I feel grateful and relieved that this is the introduction. I love the song so much and I love the people I made it with. It feels embodied and that feels good. I'm excited for it to belong to everyone else.”

Dessner adds, “You'll hear us expanding our musical vocabulary and pushing into uncharted waters sonically, and most of all the sharpening and deepening of Gracie's lyricism in ways that continue to astound me. This album contains absolutely the most moving and powerful work we have done together and I can't wait to share it with you all.”
