Linkin Park have canceled their upcoming tour:

Tour promoter Live Nation said in a statement, “We are incredibly saddened to hear about the passing of Chester Bennington. The Linkin Park One More Light North American Tour has been canceled. Refunds avail at point of purchase. Our thoughts to all those affected.”

The upcoming shows with Blink-182 were also canceled:

blink-182 is wrecked by the loss of our friend and amazing musician Chester Bennington. We could never imagine playing blinkin park without his incredible talent and voice. It just would not be possible. We send our deepest sympathies to his family, bandmates, friends and fans. Refunds will be available at the point of purchase.

Reports: Chester Bennington Has Died

TMZ is reporting that Chester Bennington of Linkin Park has died:

Law enforcement sources tell us the singer hanged himself at a private residence in Palos Verdes Estates in L.A. County. His body was discovered Thursday just before 9 AM.

Linkin Park have landed their sixth number one album:

The set earned 111,000 equivalent album units in the week ending May 25, according to Nielsen Music. Of that sum, 100,000 were in traditional album sales. The album is Linkin Park’s seventh studio effort, and was released on May 25 through Machine Shop/Warner Bros. Records.
