The Maine have announced 2025’s 8123 Fest.
8123 Fest makes its long-awaited return to the desert in January 2025, this time making its Mesa, Arizona debut at Mesa Amphitheater. On the announcement, The Maine’s vocalist John O’Callaghan shares, “after what feels like forever, we’re finally getting the squad back together for another weekend of bliss in the desert. 8123 Fest is set for January ’25, in a new location with new lineups and I’m frothing at the thought of it all. So break out your light coats and low SPF, because it’s officially ON.” This time around, the festival will run for two days - with a lineup curated by the fest’s showrunners The Maine. The band will perform on both dates - night one (January 17th) will see them play their albums American Candy and Self-Titled in full. “We’ll be celebrating the ten year anniversary of American Candy - so we’re really excited to play that live. The festival will also mark the end of our self-titled album era for us - so it only made sense to perform that in full as well,” explains drummer Pat Kirch. The second day of the festival, January 18th, will feature a career-spanning setlist. The Maine formed in Arizona back in 2007. Since then, the band have been feverishly touring the world, putting together setlists from their nine studio albums. 8123 Fest premiered in 2017, celebrating a decade of the band and the evolution of their fanbase; fondly dubbed the 8123 Family. The festival was born as a way to bring together fans from all over - connecting them to the band's roots in Arizona. “8123 Fest is the comicon for The Maine fans. We have so many surprises up our sleeves and news that we can’t wait to share,” continues Kirch. “We are psyched to have everyone out in the desert again for another 8123 Fest. This festival really is a celebration of the community we have built and the connection amongst the fans within it.” The full lineup of artists performing at 8123 Fest 2025 will be announced on September 9th. The shows are all ages. 8123 Fest takes place January 17th and January 18th at Mesa Amphitheater. Pre-sale is on now, and 2-day tickets and bundles will be on sale August 30th.
