Dirty Hit has announced they’re expanding the label into the United States. The full press release is below.

Dirty Hit has announced their expansion into the United States with the launch of a new office in Los Angeles. With their sights set on Asia Pacific the label has also announced an Australian arm.Dirty Hit is an independent label based in West London. Established in 2010, Dirty Hit is currently home to The 1975, Wolf Alice, beabadoobee, Rina Sawayama, The Japanese House, Pale Waves, No Rome, Oscar Lang, 404 Guild, AMA, beaux, Benjamin Frances Leftwich, boyband, Bryce Hase, Leo Bhanji, Lowertown, BLACKSTARKIDS, Pretty Sick, Kasai, Sipho and Viji. 
 
Based in Los Angeles, Greg Carr has joined the team and will oversee label operations for the market, taking on the role of General Manager USA. Dirty Hit will operate completely independently with the support of Ingrooves Music Group, under a newly signed global deal.

One of Dirty Hit's key objectives is to maintain and develop a roster of diverse and culturally important artists, and over the past year the label has celebrated some incredible milestones and acclaimed releases. In 2019, Dirty Hit was named Best Independent Label at the Music Week Awards. Just this year, Dirty Hit released The 1975's fourth studio album NOTES ON A CONDITIONAL FORM in May, the second and final part to their double album campaign, which formed the MUSIC FOR CARS era of the band. The last 12 months saw the band headline Reading & Leeds Festivals, debut at #1 on the UK album chart and receive critical acclaim internationally.Beabadoobee is owning her space as indisputably one of the most exciting breakthrough artists of the past year. Following her BRITs 2020 Rising Star Awardnomination and BBC Sound Of nod, she has just launched the campaign for her debut album FAKE IT FLOWERS with singles "Care" and "Sorry" adding to her more than 900 million streams. Her track 'Coffee' released in 2017 has also recently taken on new life as a sample in Powfu's TikTok and worldwide chart dominating hit 'Deathbed.' Japanese-born, London based, pop/electronic artist Rina Sawayama, released her debut album SAWAYAMA, which received international acclaim by the likes of Pitchfork, The Times, Fader and has already been heralded as one of the best albums of the year by many including Sir Elton John. The Japanese House recently released a collaboration with Justin Vernon of Bon Iver, Filipino alt-pop star No Rome has released a series of tracks featuring the likes of Brockhampton's Bearface,Beabadoobee & Jay Som, and Oscar Lang, will release his third EP HAND OVER YOUR HEAD this year after becoming a favorite across DSPs, press and radio, with support from The Fader, NME, BBC Radio 1, DIY, The Line Of Best Fitand more.
