In December of 2017, Andy Park and I sat down in his Capitol Hill apartment/home studio and started making sounds. We were creating without overthinking, tracking and writing whatever came to mind, knowing we would edit later. They were songs about love, about sex, about drugs, about confusion and freedom. This was the beginning of a two year process that culminated in an album I am happy to announce will be released August 23rd, 2019. It’s called Lover (insert Taylor Swift joke here). It’s about, well, me. I’ll say more about it later, but today we are releasing the first track, called “Robin Williams”. I hope it moves you. You can pre-order the album with a bunch of fun goodies from my website, link in profile. More announcements and things coming soon, but in the meantime I just want to say thank you. For supporting me, for listening to me, for giving my process a vehicle. I am so damn lucky to have you and I can’t wait to share this new work with you. Love always, Noah
