Emo Night Brooklyn is throwing a “West Coast Holiday Fest” this Friday. There will be a DJ set from Jordan of New Found Glory, an acoustic set from Nate from Finch, and a full band performance from A Thorn For Every Heart.

I had the opportunity to interview a few people at Emo Nite Baltimore last Saturday.
First up is Frank Zummo, drummer of the legendary band Sum 41, and he talks about inspiring young people through the “Drum Tour,” meshing genres in his set at Emo Nite, and new music from Sum 41.
I also spoke with William Beckett, formerly of The Academy Is…, and he talks about his band’s legacy in emo, making new music, and crushing on The Cure.

Emo Nite LA is hitting the road this fall. The monthly event, which is typically held in Los Angeles, will be taking over venues in Baltimore, Seattle, Santa Ana, Portland, San Francisco, San Diego, Phoenix, Atlanta, and Denver. All the dates can be found below.
At Emo Night LA last night a mariachi band covered a whole bunch of classic pop-punk bands like Blink-182, Fall Out Boy, and New Found Glory. The Instagram tag has a bunch of photos and videos from the event. A few of the videos can be found below as well.
