Travis Barker of Blink-182 fame has a new spot to bang his drum in Calabasas. He just bought a Mediterranean home that sits on nearly half an acre corner lot on a private street for $2.825 million. He also owns another house in the gated community.

L.A. Reid Fired From Epic Records
The NY Post is reporting that L.A. Reid has been removed as chairman and CEO of Epic Records:
L.A. Reid, the influential head of Epic Records, was ousted from the Sony Music label after a co-worker complained to the company about several instances of alleged sex harassment, The Post has learned.
The 60-year old music industry veteran allegedly made inappropriate physical advances toward an assistant at last December’s company holiday party, among other instances, according to a March 22 letter a lawyer for the woman sent to Julie Swidler, Sony Music’s General Counsel, said a source who provided details from the letter.

There were many talks over coffee with [bandmate Taylor York]. We thought, “Maybe we should start something new.” But Taylor said to me, “If we start another band and people call it Paramore, you’re gonna be so mad. So you might as well just be Paramore.” I actually think I could have been happy if we kept creating together and never put out a record, but the fact that we created an album and people can hear it — I’m still pinching myself.

Paramore and Jeremy Davis Settle Lawsuit
Paramore and former bassist Jeremy Davis have settled their lawsuit.
“Everything has been resolved and settled,” said Jay Bowen, Nashville-based attorney for Paramore. “Paramore had a great show last night, getting ready for their tour. The album’s out (May 12).”
Bowen said he couldn’t comment further and Nashville attorney Derek Crownover, who represented Davis, declined to comment.
Stephen Christian to Perform with “Members of Anberlin”
“Members of Anberlin” along with Stephen Christian will be performing at the Freedom Celebration 2017 in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
After they disbanded, members of Anberlin went on to other projects, including lead singer Stephen Christian, who is set to release a new solo album called Wildfires this summer. Stephen, along with members of Anberlin, will perform songs from his new album as well as music from Anberlin.
